National Front - Remembrance Day Parade and Service 2003

Once again the National Front attended the cenotaph in London.
Campaigning and politics naturally took a back seat for the most important event in our calendar, to honour our war dead.

The Parade.

The parade started from Victoria station and quickly moved it's way along toward Parliament Square and into Whitehall where many people applauded us. It has to be said that the public response is usually very good on such an occasion and this was no exception.

At the Cenotaph

Once at the Cenotaph we held a short service, lowered the flags while our wreaths were laid and held a two minutes silence in respect of all our war dead.

The move off
from the Cenotaph.

I thought this picture pretty much summed it up. Look at the dignified NF members at the front of the parade. Now look at the police officer on the right. I wonder if he knows how childish it looks to walk along with a long face and your arms folded in defiance?
