For the attention of responsible parents.

It is regularly reported in the press that a high percentage of pupils leave school near illiterate, virtually innumerate and without the knowledge and basic skills required to take on any kind of responsible job.  Almost every year when the school exam results are published we find that standards have fallen yet further. In an attempt to conceal the fact that teachers and education authorities are failing our children, exam questions have been steadily made easier.  In an attempt to prove just how standards have fallen, a group of the best A level students ( 17 - 18-years-old )  were asked to sit an "eleven plus" exam that every eleven-year old had to take before leaving junior school.  Although the eleven-year olds in the 1940s and 50s coped very well, most of the present-day pupils failed abysmally.

Most children rely solely on the state for their education, which is simply not up to the task.  Employers regularly complain that there are nowhere near enough children taught to the level they require.  All parents should be aware of the politically correct brainwashing that has replaced the teaching of essential subjects. Furthermore it has been revealed there are many thousands of teachers employed, who have never studied the subject they are teaching.  No wonder so many of our children feel let down and that nobody cares when this disgraceful state of affairs has been allowed to go on for so long.

The National Front is a nationalist party and as such we fight for justice and improvements for our people. However, 65 years of Communist control over education, where children have been deliberately led astray, has resulted in the poorly educated, unhealthy and dysfunctional society that we see today.  Drastic action needs to be taken to remedy the situation and ALL concerned parents need to take a stand.

We appreciate that many Asian, Muslim and Chinese parents take a keen interest in the education of their children, often more so than British parents.  The standards found in our schools since "comprehensive education" was introduced has fallen to an unacceptable level. It is not only the inadequate teaching of subjects such as English and maths which is the problem, it is the irreligious, anti-social, self destructive and subversive socialist brain washing that takes place.  This Marxist indoctrination includes, sneering at tasteful and established culture, engendering thoughts of rebelliousness against parents, religious leaders and established rules. Also the promotion of homosexuality and the acceptance of casual recreation sex which is given to children as young as six.  One television programme aimed at pre-school children showed a family going shopping. The supposedly normal family consisted of two female parents and two children, one black and one white. This is the kind of Marxist indoctrination that our innocent and naive youngsters are subjected to.

On educational premises drug-taking and drug-dealing is widely accepted by most headmasters and teaching staff as normal behaviour and not something that needs to be urgently eradicated.   There has also been instilled into the minds of many pupils the idea that "learning is not cool".   We often hear children say such things as "I don't want to be a boffin". or I would not want to be top of the class." This anti-learning syndrome was summed up in the words of a leftist song as, " We don't want no education." This is exactly what many modern day pupils are receiving, no education, or at least very little of it.

This dumbing down of standards, dysfunctional thinking, under-achievement and teenage yobbery is becoming a problem in many countries other than Britain. The reason for this widespread degeneracy, is that socialism has been allowed to enter the body politic of a considerable number of nations.  We can only however, concern ourselves with what is happening in the United Kingdom. To achieve the improvements in the schools that we all desire, there is a need to drive the subversive left-wing teaching element out of our schools and replace them with competent and moral teachers who view it as their duty to ensure that each child is taught to a level which will make the most of his ability.

It is essential that all children receive an education which will allow them to reach their full potential and be able to compete for a wide variety of jobs. Those of a greater academic ability, no matter what their background is, should be taught at a level to make it possible to follow whatever career they choose.  For the sake of our children and future generations we urge ALL parents to take a firm stand against those currently running the education system as well as the individual teachers who are leading our children astray.
